Core Elements
Duration: January 1st to the 31st.
Content: Pre-recorded daily yoga and meditation sessions (10–30 minutes) which you can have access to indefinitely. Emails that include the above, and motivational messages to help you stay consistent.
Community: WhatsApp group for accountability, encouragement, and Q&A.
Each day, participants receive a daily practice (video and audio) that you have access to indefinitely, along with integrable mindfulness tips, community support and live sessions.

Expect Yoga and Meditation sessions that focus on grounding, breath awareness and gently transitioning into the new year.

Build your core strength, enhance your balance, and challenge yourself with yoga that empowers both your body and mind. Week 2 is all about discovering your inner strength and stability on - and off - the mat.

Open your heart through movement and mindfulness. Week 3 focuses on flexibility, self-compassion, and creating space - in your body, breath, and mind - to move with kindness and ease.

Stay consistent and mindful as you bring together everything you’ve learned. Week 4 is about integration - showing up with presence, balance, and steady commitment to your practice.

Celebrate your journey and take time to reflect on your growth. Our final week invites you to integrate your practice, honour your progress, and carry mindfulness beyond the mat.
