What styles of yoga do you offer?
We offer a range of styles to suit all needs, levels and bodies. From gentle, accessible styles including Yin, Yoga Nidra, Slow and Nurturing flows to dynamic, challenging styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa. Classes focus on intuitive movement, breath awareness, and creating a safe space for all levels—from beginners to experienced practitioners.
I’ve never done yoga. Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely! Classes are designed to be welcoming for all levels. You’ll receive modifications and guidance so you can move at your own pace and honor your body’s unique needs. Remember - it’s your body, and your practice. Do what feels right by you. And no, it doesn’t matter if you can’t touch your toes.
What can I expect from a meditation session?
Meditation sessions focus on cultivating mindfulness, relaxation, and inner awareness through guided practices such as breathwork, body scans, or visualizations. You don’t need any experience—just a willingness to be present. Stillness of the mind is the same as a muscle group you work on in the gym—consistency is key.
How does sound healing work? It is safe?
Sound healing uses instruments like singing bowls, gongs, or chimes to create vibrations that encourage deep relaxation, clarity and balance in the body and mind. The sounds can help release tension, reduce stress, and enhance meditation experiences. Sound healing is gentle and non-invasive. However, if you have specific medical conditions or sensitivities to sound, please let us know beforehand so we can tailor the experience to your needs.
Can these practices help with trauma or anxiety?
Many people find yoga, meditation, and sound healing supportive in managing anxiety, trauma, and stress. We use trauma-sensitive approaches to ensure safety and empowerment throughout the sessions.
Are your classes online and in person? How do I book a class or session?
