Join Lauren and Ciara for a deeply nourishing retreat designed to restore your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you with yourself.
Through a carefully curated blend of daily yoga, pilates, mindfulness practices, and workshops, you'll experience a full-body reset in a peaceful, supportive setting.
This retreat is open to all levels — whether you're newer to movement or a seasoned practitioner, you'll be lovingly guided through each session with care and intention.

This retreat includes:
5 days accommodation in luxury villa surrounded by mountains (with a pool!)
Daily classes (Yoga, Pilates, Meditation)
3 meals a day & snacks (Vegan/Veggie options too)

Your Yoga and Meditation Guide
Lauren brings over 300 hours of yoga training, including a trauma-informed approach, to her deeply nurturing and accessible classes. As a yoga teacher and sound practitioner she weaves together movement, breath work, and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation and embodied rest. Lauren holds space with compassion, presence, and intention - inviting you to reconnect with your body, soften into stillness, and gently reset.

Your Pilates Instructor
Ciara is Level 3 Certified Mat and Reformer Instructor. Her practice stems from the Classical Pilates method by Joseph Pilates, with the innovation of contemporary exercises and spicy twists. Expect high energy, low impact flows focused on core strength, precision, and fluidity, with every movement designed to increase flexibility, strength, lengthen and tone with an emphasis on nervous system regulation.
