The Tone and Tranquility Scotland retreat at Lochwood House is just 90 minutes from Glasgow,

yet feels worlds away.

Created for rest, reconnection, and renewal, this immersive weekend invites you to slow down and soften into the present moment through yoga, pilates, guided meditation, and sound healing.

Across the weekend, you’ll experience grounding movement, guided practices, nourishing stillness, and space to simply be - surrounded by nature, calm, and quiet comfort. Unwind in the sauna, soak beneath the sky in the hot tub, and awaken your senses with a refreshing wild cold dip.

❋ Intentional Structure

A rough itinerary can be found below, but throughout the weekend you can expect uplifting Yoga and Pilates classes, guided meditations, sound baths, journalling sessions, and immersive wellness workshops designed to help you slow down and reconnect. You’ll have access to the sauna, time to unwind in the hot tub, the opportunity to experience refreshing wild cold dips and receive 1:1 sessions.

Alongside the practices, you’ll be surrounded by a welcoming group of likeminded people - creating space for meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and genuine connection.   • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot.

    All deposits made for bookings are non-refundable.

    By submitting a deposit, you agree to this policy and understand that it secures your reservation. If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:

    • 60 days or more before the event date: Full refund, excluding the deposit amount.

    • 59 to 30 days before the event date: A 50% refund of the total booking cost, excluding the deposit.

    • 29 days or less before the event date: No refund will be issued.

    Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if any adjustments are required. By booking you irrevocably agree to these terms and conditions.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Pack with everything you need to know including detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays. The house is only 90 minutes drive from Glasgow. Prior to the retreat start date we will create a WhatsApp group chat for participants to discuss travel plans, and potentially offer car shares/share rides.
